Featuring an attached personal care facility, Lakeview Senior Living, we are also proud to provide Continuum of Care (CoC) assistance programs to better care for our most vulnerable individuals in our community.
Additionally, you can expect peritoneal dialysis services to be provided soon! Through a relationship with DaVita, a nationally trusted source of kidney dialysis and disease information, we hope to offer this to our patients and residents in the near future.

We work with our partner pharmacy, Polaris Pharmacy, to provide 24/7 medication services. Pharmacy services include routine daily deliveries and on-hand emergency medication supplies, including intravenous medication.
Admission and monthly medication reviews are conducted by consultant pharmacists who provide on-site services to support our residents.
